Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Ma'riette, a charming cruising barge on a secure residential mooring and ideal as a cruising home whether static or utilising the UK waterways.
Ma'riette is surprisingly roomy for her size, and benefits from plenty of light throughout. Ma'riette was out of the water in September 2022 where the hull was checked, painted and had new anodes fitted. The 70 hp Mercedes diesel engine provides plenty of power to cruise both tidal and non tidal waterways, and there is the added bonus of a bow thruster.
Accommodation comprises the wheelhouse that has a navigation area, and a small kitchinette with some storage and work surface, sink with hot and cold water, 2 ring gas hob, fridge and oven. There is a comfortable lounge area and large windows offering panoramic views whether cruising or moored.
Steps lead back to the main cabin which has a built in double berth. Steps lead forward from the wheelhouse to another saloon area which can be converted to further berths if needed. There is a separate room with shower and cassette toilet.
Ma'riette has Webasto diesel fired hot air heating, and a gas hot water heater for hot water. The boat is dual controlled, and can be steered from withing the wheelhouse or outside aft where there is also good usable space to enjoy your surroundings when static.
Ma'riette offers comfortable living space, economical ongoing costs, and cruising ability, and could be a lovely, affordable home.
